Sometimes when slicing into clay you get a real surprise at the effects and this was one of them. The centre “bead” is now known as my “queue lucquoise”.
Thanks goes to Julie Picarello who demonstrated the initial technique at Clay Corbières Créatives I in March 2010.
At last I feel like I have given it my own twist!

I have been working with a new range of colours. I love mixing my own palette from a range of base Premo colours. This time around my starter colours were Alizarin Crimson, ecru, gold, pearl, green and some copper metal leaf.
The inclusion of my first watch part comes from Neville Fletcher.
