Château Vieux Moulin – the perfect setting

It was all happening in Montbrun des Corbières this weekend at Château Vieux Moulin.

Alexandre & Laurence They hosted a wonderful afternoon and evening centred around the theme of Saint Valentine. Guests were invited to sample the delicious creations of Marions les Chocolats. Marion had worked with Alexandre to offer a sample of her chocolates and his wine,true harmony!

The artist Iwona was also enticing guests with her stunning abstract paintings. Her work was a compliment to the elegant surroundings of the Domaine.

And finally, myself – Lunes Bijoux with a new collection: Nénuphar…more to follow.

The event was a great success for all concerned and I sincerely hope it will be the first of many together!

November News – Lunes Bijoux

November is a busy month with exhibitions both in the Aude and the Hérault.

I am busy designing new present ideas for Christmas along with a stunning new colour range. Andy at last has taken to designing and is making some stunning silver earrings – I already have a pair and they are magnificent!

The studio open times are:
Monday: by appointment
Tuesday – Wednesday: 15h – 18h
Thursday – Friday: 10h – 12h30  / 15h – 18h
Saturday: 10h – 17h
It is also possible to visit outside of these times – just drop me a line.
It is also possible to order a design by e-mail. Should you require something making please do not hesitate to contact me – especially if you live far away. I am here to help!

And finally in December for the 3rd consecutive year in association with Pauline Pailly of L’Allure en Pot (the pottery in the village here) we are organising our “Couleurs & Cadeaux” weekend Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 December.

Le comité des fêtes et toutes les associations du village, vous invitent à participer à cette nouvelle édition de la fête du vin, qui se déroulera le samedi 31 juillet toute la journée. La cruscadelle réunira les amoureux du vin, de la gastronomie, de la fête et de la musique. Tous sont conviés à partager dans les rues du village des moments de joie et de convivialité. Les invités pourront découvrir ou redécouvrir la qualité et la diversité des vins de Cruscades, présentés par les divers propriétaires des châteaux et domaine du village (château Etang des Colombes, château

Chacun vous proposera une dégustation gratuite et vente de nombreux produits régionaux et répondra à toutes les questions que vous poserez. Il y aura également une dégustation et vente de nombreux produits régionaux. De nombreuses animations seront proposées aux adultes comme aux enfants : promenades en calèche, en dromadaire, expositions de calèches, vieux matériel agricole, pêche à la truite, etc. Pour la première fois à partir de 22 h, petits et grands seront invités à venir observer le ciel, à explorer les étoiles et vous faire plonger dans la voie lactée à travers différents instruments. Durant toute la journée différents groupes animeront les rues du village : Funky Band, Hématom, Bota Fogo. Vous aurez bien sûr la possibilité de vous restaurer sur place. Venez nombreux passer une agréable journée à la cruscadelle. Dimanche 1er août l’association culturelle de Cruscades organise un vide-greniers sur la place de la Bacaune.
