Hi, Just read a bit of your blog and wanted to make contact I need to know exactly where you are because there are some American’s nearby to you ( I think) who are doing a writers retreat and art space. Luc sur orb??
Thanks,N
Hi Nicole - Luc Sur Orbieu is mid-way between Carcassonne & Narbonne. Lézignan Corbières is our “nearest” town (4km).
It would be great to tie it all in.
I will add some more information over the weekend inviting participants and also more details on the day itself!
Thanks for picking up on the blog.
As for “swinging” it - how does a blonde convince a bunch of middle aged French guys? Perhaps they were desperate……I know the truth…I’ll leave you to decide for yourself!
I came across your blog while researching English language bookshops in France, because I am an author who lives here. I had great fun running around your blog, so thank you.
I have a book coming out in May (A PLACE IN MY COUNTRY) and thought it would be fun to travel around France promoting it, rather than England.
I was wondering if you knew of any English language bookshops in your part of the world and had any contacts/email addresses of people whom I might contact?
You might also be interested in my own blog, which is a little unusual - details below.
Many thanks for your help, and I look forward to hearing from you,
I came across your blog through some other website about polymer clay, and I must tell that I really admire your works. I am an artist living and working in Cambridge, United Kingdom, and I have been experimenting with polymer clay since summer last year. I am very glad to find the European Polymer Clay People, and I have just join the forum.
Hello Eva, well this is interesting as our paths must have crossed at almost the same time!
I was admiring your stunning work this afternoon “Red hood in the wood”
Do you “transfer / paint” onto your polymer? The intricacy is stunning!
Hope to see you around the European Polymer Clay People website it sure has promise as a forum.
Do you know I am in the midst of organising a Euro clay carnival in France for 2009?
Best wishes
Kylee
